Samadhi Within Us
š¬ļømoving closer everyday..
Ever notice how the trees, the clouds, the waters of the world ebb & flow naturally without needing recognition?
Nature is utterly complete at all times, changing through the seasons, always transforming, always there, predictably present, so still, yet gently moving each day & appears to be contently at peace.
Sharing more of oneself may seem like a way to build bridges, a way to keep communication flowing, a way to this, or a way to thatā¦? When we are always busy trying to translate our feelings, we may get lost in the weeds of the mind or the fastness of our culture. Iām learning that sometimes silence is best. Falling into the abyss of oneness within, the quiet solitude of peace of what is there?
Compulsion to share is the egos way to keep going, the spinning of the image that you are to be seen, which is what youāve learned or inherited. Childhood may have taught us to stand up for what we need or to shut down completely. This leads into relationship attachment styles, how we relate to others. This I may discuss as I learn more & share soon.
Without space there is only noise. Living quietly, letting life unfold as it may listening to the quiet within. This sacred space between is precious. This is what is known as samadhi, the eighth & final limb of Patanjaliās Ashtanga Yoga, where individual consciousness unites with universal consciousness aka superconscious perception. The Sanskrit word samadhi means the total concentration or the bringing together of all that is, becoming completely liberated from self. Samadhi is most often associated with what is experienced in meditation. Those who meditate more will feel this liberating experience more.
As we become one with our higher self or GOD through meditation, we feel prajna aka insightful wisdom. Samadhi is an absorbed state of mind of a meditating person. True inner peace on the highest level of existence. Pausing to remember that our energy emanates out to others.
Where we are going & where we came fromā¦
Universal love is operating in effortlessness. Moving through everything as life just happens.
Modern minds feel the need to have constant noise & words that can ultimately cause utter confusion. Spinning cycles met with pure stress!
We all seem to be wanting to ācontrolā life, right? I know I have. I was taught that I have to or Iāll fail. When I am not controlling the situation, I feel out of control per se. What about letting go? What about pure trust in Spirit? Who am I really? I am a breathing being walking this Earth. I am connected to all Energy.
Notice how when we hold our breath we feel constraint all over & when we let our natural breath flow, we feel at ease. Simple.
Yesss! Slowing down, consciously breathing & trusting the process of why we are here. Really the only way to let truth be told & consciously guided to the next growth experience. Without our breath, we would not be alive! Listening & being in tune within, breathing is the way through, proven scientifically as wellš
Meditation brings peaceful bliss, insightful knowledge & reverses aging
(if thatās your thing:)
Samadhi experiences are simply a way to shift perspective into a deeper knowing. A way to feel more connected to higher self, strengthening the inner knowing into whatās separate from babylon driven culture.
Seeds stay underground until ready to bloom, quiet and unseen until the right timing just happens naturally. So, then why are we trying to control everything that happens? Are we not also a part of nature?
Yes we fucking are and Happy to be!
What people see is not YOU. What others see is their own interpretation as in a mirrored reflectionā¦Who is seeing through me? I just want to be one with what is unadulterated by humanity for profit. I choose to be closer to nature everyday. Plant medicine for health & well being is here for All if we want it.
Pro tipšš¼: samadhi experiences are easier when we let the plants speak to Usš
Essential oils & flower essences are powerful plant medicines that bring a subtle yet profound healing to oneself. Each remedy can be used alone or in synergy with others. I really love the synergistic effect of different plant medicines working together. Nowadays, people are getting into what is known as a āstackingā effect where you use one medicine on top of another. This is similar, but also very different. The initial combining of plants as in a tea for example alchemizes the properties in a beautiful way. Think of making a gourmet recipe with different spices that compliment one another in such a way that your mouth smiles and so does your entire being:)
